Future Care Consultants was founded in 1997 by Sam Stern and Brenton Eisenreich with a vision to provide the highest quality RCM and financial services to the Skilled Nursing Facility market. By 2021, Future Care had expanded to offices in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, while becoming 100% employee-owned.

Today, Future Care is a thriving organization providing RCM and financial services to more than 400 facilities nationwide. Guided by a collaborative culture and a shared mission, we empower healthcare providers with financial stability, ensuring lasting impact and sustainable growth.
